You receive a Free workspace and guided setup for your company profile, locations, equipment, request portal, and team. No sample maintenance records are added.
Is the Free package a timed trial?
No. The Free package has usage limits, but it does not expire and does not display a trial countdown.
Do maintenance requesters need paid accounts?
No. Employees can submit and track issues through your public request portal without signing into MaintainIQ. Named users who work inside the application count toward the package user allowance.
Can I use MaintainIQ on a phone?
Yes. The application is responsive, and technician workflows are designed around assigned work, notes, labor, parts, checklists, photos, and completion from smaller screens.
Can we import existing maintenance data?
Asset and location CSV imports are available, along with broader import, export, cleanup, backup, and data-quality tooling.
When will MaintainIQ officially launch?
